                  產品說明

                  一、產品概述:(符合GB1303-77)

                  該產品是由電工無堿玻璃纖維布浸以環(huán)氧酚醛樹脂,經烘焙、熱壓加工而成。
                  該層壓板具有高的機械和介電性能,較好的耐熱性和耐潮性,并有良好的機械加工性,耐熱等級為B級。適用于電機、電器中作絕緣結構零部件,并可以潮濕環(huán)境和變壓器油中使用。

                  二、技術要求:
                  1、外觀:表面應平整光滑,不允許有氣泡雜質和其他明顯缺陷,允許有輕微擦傷。邊緣應切割整齊,端面不得不分層和裂紋。
                  2、寬度和長度大于450-980mm,允許公差±15mm。
                  3、標稱厚度和公差見表1。

                  3240 Epoxy-phenolic Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets have high mechanical,heat resistance and dielectric properties.it is suitable for insulation structure parts in motor and electric apparatus.and it is also used in transformer oil and humid environment.

                  2Technique Request
                  1. Appearance:surface should be neat and smooth,disallowing to have impurity and other obvious defect,allowing to have slight scoring,the edge should incised tidy,edge faces have no delamination and crack.
                  2. Width and length >450-980mm,allowed tolerance ±15mm
